Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at +91 82913 73212 as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges.
Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product may be required.

Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours.

We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable:
Nyass products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation:

Nyassa reserves the full right to cancel any order at its sole discretion.
This may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or any other circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of the order.

In the event of such a cancellation, the customer will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be fully refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Nyassa is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by the cancellation of an order.
